I love this! I recognized this and few other places right away because I live in this paticular area of Nenäinniemi and I can almost see this place from my window.
That little pine tree and the rocks around it... I've sat on those rocks countless times.

I've never really stopped to look at this place during the winter even though I see it almost every day, but seeing it here just makes me think that it actually is a rather charming place. Maybe it's just all the personal memories and location that got my attention, but I've gotta say you really did manage to make it look astonishing. Perfect, love it ^^

It is also very nice to see people who have seen the places, or living/lived at the places i photographed. Through november to february i went there very often because the sun was setting there, now it slowly gets to the opposite direction. I think sun rises should be better there now. Those rocks, trees and the lake provides really very nice scenery, though the power plant (i think it is power plant) in Keljonkangas can ruin my photos sometimes. But still i think it is one of the most beautiful places to live in Jyväskylä and also close to city centre according to what i have seen so far. So you are quite lucky to be living in Nenäinniemi
